7.3 Void Bets
bat365 may void bets in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is completed; the result of the event is declared void by the governing body; obvious pricing errors are identified before or after settlement; or bat365 has evidence that the event's outcome was subject to match-fixing or other corruption.
7.4 In-Play Betting

13.1 Closure by Player
You may close your bat365 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
13.2 Closure by bat365
bat365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: the player has breached these Terms; bat365 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority; the player has engaged in fraudulent activity; or the account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months and has a zero balance.
13.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. bat365 will contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy charges. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance may have an administrative maintenance fee applied monthly, subject to the fee schedule published in the bat365 account settings.
